Ever bachelor has one question to his mind....

No one can answer this question in one word since GOD himself has told that I plan events according to your deeds & you shall perform those deeds according to your will without caring for the future since it never occurred before & there is no guarantee that it shall occur.

 

The question itself is half the answer as it says when will I get married ....when shall I get married? Give a thought to it & you shall have a answer southing your self

What does land bank mean to common people?

Land bank does not mean how much land the local politician has grabbed or enchased in the name of rural development of course in London Or New York it means how much assets does a valuable person occupy & can be enchased.

In India where the average income crossing 5kUSD holds only 20% population ( annual income) the property bank or land distributed is surprise for all the commercial property lies only with the affluent people with average income of 10kusd or more surpassing their actual income I mean to say 85% income to them is from the land revenue itself.

Of course people in metro wont agree to the figures since these are not any official figures..but for them to believe ask the govt. how many property each individual holds? Why is thir no bar on rental inome?

Education is it all we learn

What does education mean? Is it what we learn & then learn & then try to follow & then try to implement?

Education is certainly not updating your self alone, its much more beyond that

The system to day is such that we want to learn only what Is either required in the market to earn money or shall be required soon. How many schools we have for moral education? Why is mankind in so hurry to earn money that we start planning for our small kinder garden children to educate them in a way that they shall again run for money?

 

We are definitely in some sort of hurry to do things, OK nothing wrong in that, But what are we in hurry for too soon to absorb is too soon to dampen.
